The far infrared sauna is safer and more tolerable than a conventional sauna. It utilizes heat energy to penetrate tissues and then mobilize toxins from fat storage directly into the sweat. The far infrared saunas use a ceramic infrared heater, which allows for a deeper penetration of about 1.5 inches. This heat penetration allows for a lower temperature setting than the conventional sauna thus allowing for a longer duration.

The far infrared sauna in our office is guaranteed to be toxin free and contain a lower amount of EMF. The wood is allergy free Basswood. The heater is made from medical grade ceramic. There are no adhesives, solvents, fiberglass or toxic metals used in the making of the sauna. Our sauna is safe for people with electrical sensitivities. 

30 minute sauna session is $30, packages available

Please wear lose cotton clothing and/or workout clothing for entering sauna.  The sauna has speakers that hook up to your phone/IPAD.  We encourage you to listen to mediation, soothing music or a nice audiobook while you relax for 30 minutes.
