True healing takes time, dedication, and a personalized approach. When you begin care with Dr. Julie George, she carefully reviews your unique health history, researches your case, and recommends advanced lab testing along with integrative treatment options tailored just for you.
Unlike conventional medicine, naturopathic care is not a one-size-fits-all solution or a quick fix with a pharmaceutical drug. It’s a process — one that works best with consistency and a commitment to the journey.
To support your wellness goals, we offer several care package options:
Restoring Your Health – Ideal for those with moderate to severe symptoms seeking consistent support.
Get Healthy – A great fit if your symptoms are mild to moderate and you’re already familiar with naturopathic medicine.
First and Second Visit – Just wanting to take advantage of a discount and not worry about the second visit.
Prefer flexibility? We also offer A La Carte pricing for individual visits. Monthly payment plans are available for packages, with a one-time $30 startup fee.
Please Note:
All product and service sales are final. We are here for patients who are truly ready to partner in their health journey. If you decide within 48 hours of your first package visit that we’re not the right fit, we’ll cancel the package. You’ll only be responsible for the cost of an initial visit.

All New Patients
Once your appointment is scheduled, you’ll receive an invitation to our patient portal within a few business days. All medical forms and electronic questionnaires will be sent through the portal. Please complete the questionnaires at least two days before your visit. Be sure to bring any supplements and medications with you to your appointment or have nearby for TeleHealth. Once you're in the portal, please upload any medical documents, images, or lab results to the DOCUMENTS tab. Be sure to click "Share with Care Team/Provider" so Dr. Julie George can review them before your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel, please cancel as soon as possible as time slots are limited for patients. We require two weeks notice for cancellation on in person and two days for TeleMedicine. If you are sick you can convert your in-person visit to a TeleMedicine visit. If you no show your appointment you will be billed for your appointment. Wellness Package customers will lose 1/2 of the time on an upcoming appointment or can be billed $117.50 if an appointment is missed.
Additional Fees
Laboratory Testing, Prescription Medication, and Nutritional Supplements are not covered by package pricing or office visits. If you are on medicare or medicade then you will need to schedule a visit with your provider to order the standard blood test that I will require after the first visit. Most insurances will cover standard blood testing and prescription drugs, however we can not guarantee what your insurance will pay.
